She embraces McGehee’s traditions, but she is not a traditional thinker. She speaks her mind, but listens with an open mind. She is a self-assured leader, but a loyal team player. Like many sisters and daughters who have graduated from McGehee the past 100 years, she is simply more complete.

Between academics, sports, choir, volunteer work, and student organizations, I truly believe that McGehee empowers its girls to become women who work effectively as leaders in their communities. I’m not sure what else a girl could ask for from a school to make them a better person than what McGehee has to offer.
Louise S. McGehee School is a private independent all-girls school for Pre-K through grade 12 and open to all qualified girls regardless of race, religion, national or ethnic origin.
