A love of running begins in Middle School under the guidance of our caring and talented coaching staff. The team practices during the fall at Audubon Park two to three times a week with usually one meet per week.

Accolades: Our girls work hard and consistently finish near the top of meet standings.

Middle School girls are introduced to the sport of swimming with twice a week practices after school at the local YMCA. The girls have the opportunity to compete in swim meets five times per season.

Accolades:  While our Middle School program is more of an introductory experience our focus is on improving times and having fun.

This is the starting point or introduction to volleyball. The girls learn basic skills such as serving and passing, as well as how to rotate.

Accolades: League Champions in 2006, 2007 and 2016, our 8th grade volleyball team is our most competitive Middle School team. Technique and fundamentals are advanced as they are one step away from joining our Upper School program.
