Parent Annual Giving

Since the start of the fiscal year on July 1, 2009, 83% of parents have participated in Annual Giving. Last fiscal year, 58% of parents participated. Let's match the enthusiasm of the K and 7th grade classes. Which class will be the first to reach 100% participation?
